Savings factors

According to our implementation experiences, in most of the industrial plants lighting can be used much more efficiently, please find below, the key saving points

Reduced costs immediately after installation

Let's say your lighting project has an illumination of 200 Lux. However, due to the limited model range, the supplier will always offer you a model that is as close as possible in terms of power, but which will certainly give more light than is necessary for the project 20% immediately after installation

Reduction in lighting costs along the walls

When you install luminaires without our system, you will find that the illumination near the walls is 30% more than necessary. Why? Because light is reflected from the walls and the rays overlap each other creating overexposure. Thus, due to the use of Luxnet, it is possible to reduce the illumination of lamps individually along the walls, and especially lamps in the corners, which leads to an additional reduction in electricity costs of about 10%, depending on the size of the room

LED Degradation Compensation

When a LED lighting project is being made, luminaries with more power than necessary are always installed. This happens because engineers lay the inevitable degradation of the LEDs that make up the lamps, which is especially active during the first 3 years. It is during this period that the lamps work with overexposure, and the client overpays for excess lighting

Reduce overpayment during the day

During daylight, customers often overpay for lighting because luminaries without control systems continue to consume significant electricity. Our controllers allow you to control the level of illumination by light sensors. At the same time, you can set groups of luminaries which will be controlled by sensors, and which will be in normal mode

Overpayment in rooms where there is no staff

In most of the cases, when lighting required in a room where the work is fully automated and the staff comes periodically. In those cases, when there is no or less staff, lighting still goes on as installed. That is why we have developed wearable tags, which will allows you to automatically increase lighting up to 100% when a staff approaches to a given room or to the groups of lamps

Automatic compliance with lighting regulations at a given level

Our solution allows you to determine the established norms of illumination in work areas and maintain the illumination of workplaces by smoothly changing the level of illumination of the lamps. The effectiveness of the work of personnel depends on many factors, including the correct lighting of the working area, as it has a direct impact on the motivation of employees to complete tasks, as well as the mood, well-being and health of employees, activity and efficiency..

Employee location control

The system calculates the location of personnel from luminaire controllers and ID tags in real time with room accuracy. Now you can know if an employee was at the workplace and receive notifications when entering offices or workshops that are prohibited for him

Fault notifications

The ability to transfer data from meters to the PC of the chief power engineer and quickly respond to emergency situations in production. This will reduce downtime and minimize the reputational risks of the company's top officials

Details

Components of the system

Lamp controller

The lamp controller smoothly changes the brightness of the glow. Compensates for LED degradation and receives signals from light sensor, motion sensor and manual control buttons

Light sensor

The light sensor controls the overall illumination of the room and transmits a control signal to one or more lamp controllers combined in groups

Meters integration unit

The module of integration with the electricity meter ensures the collection of readings from the meter via a digital bus and their transfer to the dashboard

Data acquisition module

Allows you to collect information from all components of the system, such as the illumination of each lamp, energy consumption, operating time and save it to a database to save the history of work

Personal ID

Personal presence tag. Allows you to implement lighting control scenarios depending on the presence of a label in a given room. Demanded for increasing brightness on quality control tables and in workshops with 24/7 mode with periodic inspection of people

Reliable data storage

• All parameters are securely stored in a database.
• Built-in automatic cleaning when the system is full
• The user has the ability to build historical data for the entire saved period, as a rule, our clients save several years of work history for analytics

Awesome features

Bluetooth configuration

All components of the system are configured via bluetooth

Wireless configuration

Configuration parameters is performed remotely using a model phone using Bluetooth technology. Parameters such as device identifier, basic luminous flux power, operating modes and others are configured

Firmware update

Firmware update by flood method. It is enough to update one device and it will automatically update all devices in the wireless mesh network

Virtual subnets and groups
configuring a virtual mesh network, defining subnets and groups for sensors to affect only selected devices

Payback investments

When implementing a live light system, it fully pays for itself within 1 year only due to savings on overestimating lighting. When using additional LiveLight components such as a light sensor, the payback time of the system will be further reduced
